Day 2
SAT Florence – Shopping Excursion
Gucci & Prada Outlet Shopping Tour and on your return to Florence relax over dinner in one of our favourite restaurants. (BD)
Day 3
SUN Florence - Free time to shop or for sightseeing – Welcome dinner
Florence is yours to discover or shop at your leisure and tonight you'll meet your Tour Director and more of your fellow travellers while enjoying dinner in a traditional Florentine restaurant. (BD)
Day 4
MON Florence - Tuscan Excursion
Our guide will first show us Siena's shell-shaped Piazza Del Campo and then we visit the unique Cathedral. Next we drive to the almost unchanged medieval town of San Gimignano to stroll through the evocative Piazza della Cisterna and Piazza del Duomo. This evening, in the perfect setting of an ancient Tuscan vineyard we'll sample olive oil and Chianti wine with a light supper of Italian specialties. (BD)
Day 5
TUE Florence – Sightseeing – Shopping Afternoon
Today, with our historian guide and reserved entrance, we visit two of Italy's greatest art galleries the Uffizi and the Galleria dell' Accademia. The Cathedral with Brunelleschi's Dome, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery with its exquisite Gate of Paradise and the Ponte Vecchio are also on our agenda. This afternoon browse among Florence's renowned gold, silver shops and shop {or window shop} in the high fashion area of Florence. (B)
Day 6
WED Florence - Padova - Venice (2nts)
This morning we cross over the Appenines to Padova where we have exclusive reserved admission to the Scrovegni Chapel, home to the renowned Giotto frescoes. Next we arrive at the unique city of Venice and tonight we cruise its lagoon to the Fisherman's Island of Burano. Here, in an idyllic setting and far from the madding crowd, we enjoy our highlight dinner of local specialties and wine. (BD)
Day 7
THU Venice - Sightseeing
Today with our local guide we'll admire the opulence inside the Palace of the Doges and view the mosaics of St. Mark's Basilica along with the brilliance of its Golden Altar. Later we'll glide through the canals of Venice on our enchanting Venetian gondola serenade.(B)
Day 8
FRI Venice - Verona - Stresa (2nts)
Verona, home of Romeo and Juliet, where we view the imposing Roman Amphitheatre and the famous "balcony". We then head towards Stresa, our lakeside resort on stunning Lake Maggiore in the beautiful Italian Lakes District. (BD)
Day 9
SAT Stresa – Borromean Islands Excursion
Our cruise takes us first to Isola Bella and a guided tour of Count Vitaliano Borromeo's baroque Palace and Gardens. Then it's on to Isola Madre to visit the residential home of the Borromean family before returning to Stresa for a relaxing afternoon. (B)
Day 10
SUN Stresa – Milan (2nts) – Shopping Afternoon
In Milan we walk through the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and admire the Duomo before viewing Leonardo da Vinci's famous "Last Supper". Afternoon free to window shop in the high fashion quadrangle of Milan (B)
Day 11
MON Milan – Mendrisio – Shopping Excursion
Serravalle Outlet "Mc Arthur Glen", with over 170 stores including clothing, footwear and accessory shops housing brands such as Versace, Nike, Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari, Roberto Cavalli, Calving Klein, Prada, offering products from previous seasons at prices discounted from 30% to 70% all year. We return to Milan late afternoon your time will be free to do more sightseeing or shopping.
Day 12
TUE Milan – Shopping Excursion – Museum visit
After Breakfast we take an excursion to Mendrisio just over the border in Switzerland to shop at the outlet mall with over 40 factory outlet shops represented including Armani. Bally, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Trussardi and Versace to mention but a few. Afternoon visit to the Museum of Silk in Como. We return to Milan late afternoon your time will be free to do more sightseeing or shopping. (B)

WED Milan
Tour concludes with your private transfer to Milan airport for your onward journey.
